Basic Info BioCain was once a Tin Man, a Central City cop who was good at his job. When the wicked witch took over the O.Z., he joined the resistance movement against her and was found out. Her henchman Zero tracked him down and tortured him and his family before locking him inside a metal coffin and forcing him to watch his wife and son be tortured over and over again for years on end until he was rescued by DG and set out to track down Zero.
He enters canon from right after the mini-series ends, with the gang standing on the balcony.
Cain is a tall, powerfully-built man with a fair hair and pale eyes, who generally wears a long duster and wide-brimmed hat - all the better to glower intimidatingly from, my dear.
